Is this just another review report?+
Reviews are useful context. Our focus is the public conversation around them: recommendations under videos, local discussions, specific praise, objections, and comparisons that may never appear on your own business page.
Is it only for restaurants?+
No. The example uses a restaurant because the situation is easy to recognize. The research starts with your business and market. What we can learn depends on the public conversation available.
Which platforms do you research?+
Our proven sources include TikTok, public forums, and YouTube, with more limited Facebook coverage. Availability varies by business and source. Your report names what we used and the gaps. We do not currently include Reddit or promise Instagram coverage.
What if there isn’t much being said?+
We say so. Sparse evidence stays sparse. We may be able to explain more about the surrounding market than your business specifically, but we won’t turn a handful of comments into a claim about all your customers.
Do I need to connect my accounts?+
No. This research uses public conversation, rather than your private messages or customer database. You do not need to hand over your business account credentials.
When will I receive the report?+
We confirm scope and timing after checking your business and the available evidence. A quiet local business and a group of busy locations need different research. We’ll agree on the plan before we promise a delivery date.
What happens after the free report?+
We can discuss follow-up research separately if it would be useful. Requesting your first report does not start a paid subscription or commit you to ongoing work.
